Application:

Crimped Stainless Steel wire mesh is widely used for vibrating screens, quarry screens, filters, infill and nels, and barbecue girls. It shows its ability in chemical, petroleum, mining industries, livestock breeding, etc. It was installed in the papermaking machine net department, making the water suspension of preliminary pulp dehydration and then forming the wet paper pages. Woven wire metal mesh can be used in the papermaking industry. The pulp and paper industry uses the wire mesh for water clarification, dewatering, pulp screening and fractionation, drying and other liquid/solid separation processes. They are mainly used as a facecloth cover for cylinder mold; high-quality wire cloth is woven to our specification using a variety of weaves and wire diameters; the wire mesh features durability, seam strength, drainage and minimized wire marking. The selection of wire mesh size depends on the amount of short fiber it is desirable to include in the pulp. The smaller the mesh openings, the more short fiber and clay will be retained, and the less the hydraulic loading can be exerted per square meter of mesh surface area.
