Sintered Stainless Steel Mesh Filter Discs Introduction

Sintered Wire Mesh is a multi-layer sintered wire mesh. It is a new type of filter wire mesh. The filter mesh with higher mechanical strength and necessary rigidity is composed of multi-layers of wire mesh laminated in a particular way and sintered together in a vacuum oven. The product is a classic combination of 5-layer sintered wire mesh, with the most comprehensive application. Five different stainless steel wire mesh layers are combined as per the corresponding structure and then sintered together in the vacuum sintered equipment, compressed and calendered, forming a porous sintered material.

Mesh Filter Discs Material

The standard material is SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special Alloy Steel: Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, Inconel600, SS904, SS904L, Duplex steel 2205 are acceptable based on the customer's requirement.

Apertures of every layer are interlaced to build an ideal and uniform filter structure, which determines its advantages much better than regular wire mesh, such as high strength, good rigidity, and fixing the aperture's size. The aperture size, permeability and strength of wire mesh are composable and devisable; meshes that own this structure can present excellent performance of filter precision, filter resistance, machinability; as a result, the comprehensive performance is thoroughly better than other filter media.
